We are pleased to present a first look at this new 80-story condominium tower, which will be the Cipriani brand's first residential building in the United States.

The new Mast Capital project is expected to feature 397 units.

 

The Cipriani Group is led by its CEO, Giuseppe Cipriani. For the Cipriani family, the future Cipriani Residences Miami will join their growing portfolio of properties. The family operates the Mr. C Miami hotel and is developing the Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove. They also operate the Cipriani Downtown Miami restaurant in Brickell.

 

Sales and marketing will be handled by Fortune Development Sales, led by Edgardo Defortuna. As of March 1, 2022, we are accepting reservations. Prices start at $1.1 million, with one- to four-bedroom residences. Groundbreaking is expected late this year, and the building is slated for completion in 2025. It will be built on a 1.1-hectare site, one of the largest undeveloped lots in the area.

 

The Cipriani skyscraper will feature amenities such as a residents-only dining room and lounge, spa, elevated terrace with two pools, gym, private screening room, dog park, beauty salon, pickleball court, and much more.

 

Arquitectonica and its affiliate Arquitectonica Geo will be responsible for the landscaping. They also developed the Mr. C hotel in Coconut Grove and are designing the Mr. C Residences.
